Her Space is an Algerian e-commerce business selling authentic cosmetics

Product Authenticity

All products are sourced exclusively from authorized distributors and are 100% authentic

Pricing & Taxes

Prices are displayed in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and include all applicable taxes

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation email/SMS — placing an order does not guarantee stock availability

Cancellation Rights

Customers may cancel orders within 12 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet shipped. Contact Her Space via email or WhatsApp to request cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Her Space reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of stock discrepancy, pricing error, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued

Customers may request cancellation within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet shipped. Contact Her Space via email or WhatsApp to request cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds & Returns

Standard refunds are available within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided the item is unopened, undamaged, and in its original factory-sealed packaging. The product must not have been opened or used.

Defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof submitted via email or WhatsApp. Contact Her Space through our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) or email to initiate the claim.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customer must contact Her Space via email or WhatsApp before shipping anything back.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, via the original payment method. Return shipping is borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items sent by Her Space.
