أصالة المنتجات

يتم توريد جميع المنتجات حصريًا من موزعين معتمدين وهي أصلية 100٪

الأسعار والضرائب

يتم عرض الأسعار بالدينار الجزائري (DZD) وتشمل جميع الضرائب المعمول بها

تأكيد الطلب

يتم تأكيد الطلب فقط بعد استلام العميل رسالة بريد إلكتروني/نصية للتأكيد - تقديم الطلب لا يضمن توفر المخزون

حق الإلغاء

يمكن للعملاء إلغاء طلباتهم خلال 12 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب، بشرط ألا يكون الطلب قد تم شحنه بعد. تواصل مع هير سبيس عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب لطلب الإلغاء. لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات التي تم شحنها بالفعل. تحتفظ هير سبيس بالحق في إلغاء الطلبات في حالات عدم تطابق المخزون أو خطأ في التسعير أو الاشتباه في الاحتيال، مع إصدار استرداد كامل للمبلغ

Customers may request cancellation within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet shipped. Contact Her Space via email or WhatsApp to request cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds & Returns

Standard refunds are available within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided the item is unopened, undamaged, and in its original factory-sealed packaging. The product must not have been opened or used.

Defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof submitted via email or WhatsApp. Contact Her Space through our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) or email to initiate the claim.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customer must contact Her Space via email or WhatsApp before shipping anything back.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, via the original payment method. Return shipping is borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items sent by Her Space.
